  2. Qualification: Min 10th standard pass.
  3. Filling the Agency Application Form & giving the required documents to the Branch Manager of L.I.C
  4. IRDA Examination.

After passing your IRDA examination, you will receive online or offline training from us based on your preference. Professional training will be provided from us and you will be introduced to several concepts like need-based selling technique that will enhance your skillset as an LIC agent. Apart from this, your activities as an agent will be monitored and reviewed regularly to help you achieve and exceed your goals. You can also attend various workshops conducted by experts who have ample knowledge about the insurance industry.

A LIC agent is required to sell a minimum of 6 policies every year to keep his license active. There is no upper limit on how many policies he/she can sell in a year. A LIC agent gets a 35% commission for the 1st year when the policy is sold. After this, the commission for the 2nd and 3rd year is 7.5% each, and then from the 4th year onwards, the agent receives 5% till the policyholder pays the premium.
